The DATALOG Software AG supervisory board

As CEO of Capgemini Deutschland GmbH, Volker Krass has been responsible for consulting services in Germany and Switzerland since 2004.

Gabriele Rittinghaus has more than 20 years experience in sales- and general management functions in the IT industry. She has been responsible for FINAKI Deutschland, a consultancy which acts as an intermediary between IT-responsible CEO´s of the largest German companies and vendors of IT and telecommunication equipment, since the beginning of 2009. Prior to that, Rittinghaus’ 14-year career for CA Computer Associates included functions such as CEO.  She assisted a CRM provider with its initial public offering.

   

Rittinghaus’ first contact to DATALOG dates back to her CEO-ship with CA.  This relationship resulted in her being nominated to DATALOG´s board of directors. "DATALOG is a company with great potential.  I consider myself a sparring partner for DATALOG´s executive board and I am looking forward to supporting the company on its successful journey into the future."

 

Thomas Berchtold, software engineer and system analyst, founded DATALOG Software GmbH as a consultancy for software solutions in 1974. He has been the CEO of the company since the name change to DATALOG Software AG in 2000.  Following a planned change in leadership at the end of 2009, he surrendered this function to Achim Herber and moved onto the supervisory board.

  

Mr Berchtold obtained the highest authorization level at Microsoft based on his consistent and development of the company into an internationally established Software License and Consulting Company.

  

Berchtolds vision for DATALOG is inseparable from the basic corporate ideal: "Mutual respect, lived in a tolerant and fair dealing with partners, customers and colleagues, are the pillars of a strong community. These values, which were close to my heart as CEO, will also be to me a central concern whilst serving on the board of directors."
